STEP 1 – REGISTER
The first step in the bidding process is to register online. You’ll need to provide a payment method to secure your registration. Once registered, you will become eligible to bid on current and upcoming auctions.
STEP 2 – BROWSE AUCTION LISTINGS
Once registered and eligible for bidding, you are welcome to browse our current auction listings to evaluate items which are available for purchase in the auction. Auction listings display detailed descriptions in the item’s as-is/current condition, along with photographs and occasionally videos, in order to provide the most detailed view of each item. Also displayed are the current bid price and bid count, item’s ending time, and any other pertinent information which has been made available to Idaho Auction Company.
STEP 3 – BID
Bids may be placed and altered through easily distinguishable buttons which are displayed in each item’s auction listing. Bidders may also viewed previous bids and watched items within specific pages of their user profile. Once a bid is placed, the bidder is committed and expected to pay the maximum bid price offered and reached in the course of the bidding competition within the allotted auction time period for the specified item.
STEP 4 – WIN
Once an auction item has completed it’s allotted listing time, the highest bidder will be verified by Idaho Auction Company and notified of their successful bid, along with an invoice detailing the total balance due for the completion of the transaction and instructions for pick-up/payment.
STEP 5 – PAYMENT
Upon receipt of the final invoice, successful bidders are welcome to visit Idaho Auction Company during the allotted pick-up time period in order to gather their purchases and make payment. Dates and hours for pick-up and payment will be posted within the detailed auction item listing, as well as on the auction description and website. Items may be picked up at the address below:

STEP 6 – TRANSFER OF GOODS
After completion of payment, all successfully won and purchased items will be transferred into your possession.
**We are a Federally Licensed Firearm Dealer, so any firearms purchased will result in a complete background check through the U.S. government database. Any individual who does not have the right to purchase a firearm is ineligible to bid on them in any Idaho Auction Company sale. If said individual is the winning bidder of any firearm at auction, the bidder will forfeit the full amount of the successful bid, along with applicable fees, and the firearm will be retained and relisted for sale at a future date.
POSTSALE RETURN POLICY?
Idaho Auction Company prides itself in prompt payment and transfer process. We take great care in verifying the validity of claims made by our team and the consignors we do business with. As a result, and due to the nature of the auction mode of sale, all items listed are described and displayed as-is. There are no guarantees made on the quality or long-term viability of any item listed. While we do our very best to ensure the accuracy of every statement made in any Idaho Auction Company sale, we expect all bidders to perform their own due diligence and perform independent research to verify our claims. With that said, there are no returns offered or accepted for any item purchased in any sale. To put this more plainly, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
